We stayed in a deluxe double room for two nights, and I'd say it delivers on both comfort and practicality. The room’s modern decor and cleanliness were appreciated; it featured a lovely balcony that overlooked the historic streets—ideal for peaceful moments. Serena, the host, exemplified hospitality. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and equipped us with useful insights about the city, including a handy map revealing local eateries and attractions. While the absence of 24-hour reception might be a concern for some, we found the arrangement to be user-friendly and efficient, with accessible communication via WhatsApp. A noteworthy mention is the breakfast, which Serena personally prepares. It’s simply delightful, though I did miss scrambled eggs. For those driving, obtaining a parking card from Serena is worthwhile, ensuring convenient access. While this B&B offers a luxurious feel, it retains practicality and value—a fine balance for travelers seeking a cozy spot without extravagant expenses. I’d certainly recommend it for anyone looking to explore Verona without losing out on comfort.
